Vertical puncturing stimulates the body’s innate wound healing cascade

Unlike manual dermarollers that enter skin at an angle and tear epidermal tissue as they roll away, our motorized microneedling system punches vertically up to 120 cycles per second. This generates hundreds of thousands of microscopic, non-thermal channels without shear stress.

The mechanical puncture initiates platelet degranulation and the release of transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β), fibroblast growth factor (FGF), and epidermal growth factor (EGF). Over the following 28 to 90 days, the wound healing cycle replaces disorganized scar tissue with healthy Type III and Type I collagen fibrils.

Stratified needle depth calibration across facial zones

Epidermis to Reticular Dermis • 0.25 mm – 2.5 mm

Skin thickness varies significantly across the face. Treating the delicate periorbital zone requires gentle 0.25 mm to 0.5 mm depth to stimulate the thin basement membrane without striking the underlying orbicularis muscle. In contrast, fibrous cheek acne scarring or thick sebaceous nasal skin requires 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm penetration to release anchored tethering bands in the deep reticular dermis.

We adjust the handpiece dial dynamically as we cross each facial border, maintaining uniform erythema without uncontrolled dermal tearing.

Single-use sterile cartridge verification and safety

Gamma-Sterilized • Surgical Stainless Steel
Single-use sterile microneedling pin cartridges in medical grade packaging
Medical-grade 12-pin disposable cartridges opened directly in front of the patient inside our Denver treatment suite at 300 East 17th Avenue.

Motorized clinical micro-channeling in motion

Hyaluronic Glide Medium • Automated Stamping
Automated microneedling pen performing gentle micro-channeling on facial skin
Automated handpiece moving across the malar cheek over high-molecular weight hyaluronic acid serum to lubricate needle entry and deliver hydration.

Micro-channel transdermal serum delivery

Bioactive Peptides • Molecular Hydration
Non-Crosslinked Hyaluronic Gel 100% Sterile

Serves as a frictionless glide barrier. Penetrates open micro-channels to bind moisture in deep intercellular spaces.

Copper Tripeptide-1 Bio-Identical

Accelerates fibroblast migration and assists in orderly pro-collagen synthesis while suppressing excessive inflammation.

Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) Cell Messenger

Supports rapid re-epithelialization of the stratum corneum, closing micro-pores within 4 to 6 hours post-session.

Pricing factors and clinical series structure

$300–$600 Per Session • Clear Cost Basis

Standard facial collagen induction microneedling costs $300 per session. Extending treatment across the neck and decolletage increases the session to $450–$600 due to extended procedural time, additional sterile cartridges, and specialized low-friction post-care drapes.

What your quote depends on

We quote transparently based on anatomical coverage and tissue demands:

  • Surface Area Face only ($300), face plus neck ($450), or combined face, neck, and chest ($600).
  • Infusion Complexity High-potency copper peptide or stem-cell bio-fraction ampoules require higher pharmaceutical formulation investment than base hyaluronic serums.
  • Tissue Scarring Density Fibrotic acne scar breakdown requires multidirectional cross-hatching passes and multiple cartridge needle changes during the session.

The 90-day physiological remodeling cascade

Inflammation, Proliferation, Maturation • Biological Timeline

True dermal improvement is biological, not instant. The healing cycle follows three distinct physiological phases:

  • Phase 1: Inflammatory (Days 1–3): Micro-damage triggers platelet release, chemotaxis, and mild transient erythema. Neutrophils clear cellular debris while micro-punctures seal shut within hours.
  • Phase 2: Proliferation (Days 4–21): Keratinocytes and fibroblasts migrate rapidly. Angiogenesis forms fine new capillary loops, and early Type III collagen is deposited within the reticular matrix.
  • Phase 3: Remodeling & Maturation (Days 28–90): Type III collagen is enzymatically replaced by stronger, parallel Type I collagen fibers, yielding visible improvements in skin tensile firmness and surface texture.

Clinical contraindications and safety boundaries

Patient Safety First • Refusal Guidelines

We maintain strict clinical boundaries. We do not pass needles over active cystic acne, pustular rosacea, or open eczema patches because mechanical puncture will spread cutaneous bacteria across neighboring tissue.

Absolute Contraindications: Clients must be 18 years of age or older. We will not treat individuals currently taking oral isotretinoin (Accutane) or within 6 months of discontinuation, individuals undergoing chemotherapy, pregnant or lactating clients, or those with active facial herpes simplex breakouts.
